How many units can I get for free?

A: You can only get one unit for free. You can choose from any of the products on the site. 

Is the product really free?

A: Yes. It is absolutely free. All you need to pay is the shipping fee.

Will I be on any subscription program to get the free product?

A: No. You will NOT be on any subscription program and you will NOT be automatically charged in the future.

A: Please contact us by filling out the form below.
Once we receive your request and confirm that you are qualified for the free product, we will contact you for the payment of the shipping fee (no shipping fee is needed if you just placed a new order and your order is not shipped yet.).
