more than 4 weeks ,and did not receive the items despite high charge money
im sure the 4 weeks in bad storage will affect the quality

I had small bald spot on my left eye brow and within 2 months it was filled in. Not only that, I actually had to start tweezing my eyebrows again.

I have not used the product as recommended due to being in the process of selling and buying a home and had to relocate for some time w/o product. However, when able to use it, I have noticed a remarkable improvement.

I had a small bald patch in the right eyebrows and I used to use eye pencils for years to fill in that patch. I used the serum once a day at night (I tried not to skip applications) and I noticed hairs growing in the bald spot within 2 weeks. It has only been a month and the difference is obvious.
